We started AFLOIR because we noticed a gap nobody was addressing. Real refinement — the kind found in a well-made coat, a shoe that ages instead of wearing out, a wardrobe you never have to think twice about — had been split into two broken options.
Either it lived behind ultra-luxury price tags, reserved for the few who could treat clothing as an art collection. Or it was diluted into fast fashion's endless cycle, where "new" replaced "good" as the only thing that mattered.
We didn't think refinement should require either compromise or excess.
