Orders are shipped from the nearest Afloir warehouse where the product is available. In some cases, orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations., prioritizing efficiency and care.

We aim to ship your order within 3 business days from the time of receiving it (excluding weekends and holidays). The actual delivery time of the item will vary based on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process. Please consider the shipping method's estimated delivery time to determine when you can expect to receive your order.

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order ships.

Order

If your order has not yet been shipped, it may still be in the production or preparation stage. Rest assured, it will be dispatched shortly. Once your order is handed over to our courier, you will receive a tracking ID at the email address associated with your purchase. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Afloir accepts returns in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned following our return instructions. Please refer to our Return Policy page or contact support for full details.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at support@afloir.com for the return address and detailed instructions. Products must be sent to our main office and central warehouse.

Kindly ensure the package is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” along with the declared value of the contents. Missing this information may result in delays in processing your return.

If you receive an incorrect product or size, please contact our customer support team at support@afloir.com. We will promptly review the issue and ensure it is resolved.

If your order has not arrived, it may still be in production or transit. If the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at support@afloir.com for assistance.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate parcels for efficiency. Please check your email, as you may have received a notification with multiple tracking details. Each parcel will include its own delivery note and tracking number.

If you believe an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team at support@afloir.com with your order number and the name and quantity of the missing item. Our team will promptly investigate and ensure the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.

If delivery is refused or cannot be completed, the package will be returned to the sender. Once the returned package is received, a refund will be processed. Please note that a fee will be deducted to cover return shipping and administrative handling costs.

Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order enters production or is shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

If an item from your order becomes unavailable, our team will contact you promptly. You will be offered the option to receive a suitable alternative, wait for the item to become available, or request a refund. Our priority is to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for you.

To place an order, add your selected items to your cart, review your details at checkout, and confirm payment. Once completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your My Account and selecting Track My Order.

Your Order ID can be found in your Order Confirmation email and in the My Account section of our website under your order history. Please have your Order ID ready when contacting our support team for assistance.

No. Afloir does not store or have access to your full payment details. All transactions are securely processed through trusted, encrypted payment providers.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods like Paypal available at checkout. Available options may vary by location.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
