Orders are shipped from the nearest Afloir warehouse where the product is available. In some cases, orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations., prioritizing efficiency and care.

We aim to ship your order within 3 business days from the time of receiving it (excluding weekends and holidays). The actual delivery time of the item will vary based on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process. Please consider the shipping method's estimated delivery time to determine when you can expect to receive your order.

If your order has not yet shipped, it may still be in production or preparation, particularly for handcrafted items.

Once your order has been completed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Because some products are made to order, we appreciate your patience and assure you that your order is progressing according to our production timeline.

Afloir accepts returns in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned following our return instructions. Please refer to our Return Policy page or contact support for full details.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@afloir.com within 30 days of delivery.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with packaging.

If you receive an incorrect product or size, please contact our customer support team at support@afloir.com. We will promptly review the issue and ensure it is resolved.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate parcels for efficiency. Please check your email, as you may have received a notification with multiple tracking details. Each parcel will include its own delivery note and tracking number.

If you believe an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team at support@afloir.com with your order number and the name and quantity of the missing item. Our team will promptly investigate and ensure the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us or disposed of by the courier, depending on carrier and customs policies.

If the package is successfully returned, we will contact you regarding reshipment or refund options after applicable shipping, customs, and handling fees.

If the package is not recoverable or is destroyed by the courier or customs authorities, a refund or replacement may not be possible.

Once an order enters production or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, particularly for handcrafted or made-to-order items.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your My Account and selecting Track My Order.

Some Afloir products, particularly shoes, are handcrafted on order rather than mass-produced.

Each pair is made individually using premium materials and traditional techniques. This approach prioritizes quality, durability, and fit over speed.

Your Order ID can be found in your Order Confirmation email and in the My Account section of our website under your order history. Please have your Order ID ready when contacting our support team for assistance.

No. Afloir does not store or have access to your full payment details. All transactions are securely processed through trusted, encrypted payment providers.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods like Paypal available at checkout. Available options may vary by location.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
