Refund policy

At Afloir, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and a premium customer experience. If you need to request a return or exchange, please review the policy below carefully.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Ready-to-Ship Items)

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Shows no signs of wear, washing, alteration, creasing, or damage

Footwear

Shoes must be tried on indoors only, on soft surfaces.
Creased leather, worn soles, scratches, or marked outsoles will be considered worn and not eligible for return.

Clothing

Clothing must be:

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or odors

  • In original shape and condition

Items returned with visible wear, odor, or damage will not be approved.

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval. Inspection may take up to 5 business days after receipt.


MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

EXTENDED SIZES (US 12–US 15)

Certain AFLOIR products — including extended shoe sizes (US 12–US 15) and selected items — are Made-To-Order (MTO) and individually handcrafted upon purchase.

Because these items are produced specifically for each customer:

  • They are final sale

  • Not eligible for return, refund, or exchange

  • Size changes after production begins are not accepted

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

By placing an order for MTO products, you acknowledge that the item is custom-produced and exempt from standard return rights.

We strongly recommend confirming sizing before purchase.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable

  • Refused or unclaimed deliveries are subject to return shipping and customs deductions


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing

  • Refunds apply to product value only

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability and applicable production timelines.
Made-To-Order items are not eligible for exchange.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase

  • Once an order enters production or is shipped, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible


IMPORTANT

  • Returns and refunds are subject to inspection and approval

  • Delivery timelines do not affect return eligibility

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this Refund & Returns Policy
