Because our products are made using different processes, shipping timelines vary by product category.
Please review the details below before placing your order.
SHOES — HANDCRAFTED ON ORDER
All Afloir shoes are handcrafted on order, not mass-produced.
Production Timeline

Standard production time: 15–25 business days

This includes leather selection, construction, finishing, and quality inspection

Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed
Each pair is made specifically for you. We do not rush craftsmanship, and production timelines cannot be expedited.
In some cases, orders may ship earlier if inventory is available.
However, all shoes should be expected to follow the standard made-to-order timeline.
SHIPPING TIME (AFTER PRODUCTION)
Once production is complete and your order is dispatched:

Orders ship within 1–3 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- United States & Canada: 6–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 3–7 business days
- Other International Destinations: 5–10 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs clearance.
APPAREL & NON-SHOE PRODUCTS
Non-shoe items such as apparel and accessories may be ready to ship.

If your order includes both shoes and non-shoe products, items may ship separately.
Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If expedited shipping is selected at checkout, it applies only to transit time after dispatch.

Expedited shipping does not reduce shoe production time

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
Made-to-order production timelines remain unchanged.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase

After 24 hours, processing or production may begin and changes cannot be guaranteed

Once shoe production has started, orders cannot be canceled

Certain order changes may be subject to a handling fee
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped:

Afloir is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility
In some cases, shipments that are refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or held by local customs may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities, depending on local regulations.
If a package is returned to us successfully, we will contact you regarding available options.
If a package is destroyed, abandoned, or not recoverable due to customs action, refusal, or address errors, Afloir cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages may also be subject to restocking, return shipping, and customs fees where applicable.
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
DEFECTIVE OR FLAWED PRODUCTS
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If you experience a material or workmanship issue, please contact our support team so we can review the issue and assist with a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
